The MellowMise engine includes warning rules for complex dietary protocol categories:
Low Amine, Low Salicylate, Low Glutamate, Diverticulitis, and the
Monash University standard Low FODMAP.
The engine checks known trigger terms and derivative names where rules exist, then surfaces warnings for review.
How does the "Safety Sentinel" handle allergens?
Unlike standard planners that look for exact words, our Safety Sentinel uses advanced regex and derivative mapping.
It recognizes that Arachis means peanuts and Gianduja means tree nuts. It checks known hidden trigger terms through verification loops and surfaces unresolved warnings for manual review.
What is "Culinary Chemistry"?
Most apps just swap "milk" with "water" and call it a day. Our engine understands binding, leavening, and emulsification.
If you remove an egg for an allergy, MellowMise calculates the structural loss and suggests a substitute that preserves the chemistry of the bake, not just the flavor.

Does my browser extension sync to the mobile app?
Yes. This is the core of our Browser-to-Kitchen Sync.
When you use the Chrome Extension to capture a recipe on your laptop, Romellow's engine immediately processes it and syncs the transformation to your Firebase-linked Mobile App. Your recipes are ready for you at the kitchen counter before you even reach the stove.
How do "Household Profiles" work?
Mellows are household profiles for the people you cook for. MellowMise Pro uses the active profiles when it transforms one recipe, helping you account for each person's allergens and dietary constraints in one kitchen workflow.

Is there a free version for basic use?
Yes! Safety is always free: allergen detection, dietary constraint management, and safety validation are available to every user. MellowMise Pro adds the full AI chemistry engine, macro and micro targeting, Mellows, Pantry Mode, prep lists, and PDF export.
Can I license the engine for my clinic or product?
Not through the current self-serve product. MellowMise is currently offered as a consumer app and browser extension. Contact

The current public plans are MellowMise Pro Monthly at $4.99/month and MellowMise Pro Annual at $49.99/year. Both include the same Pro features. Manage or cancel through the store or billing channel where you subscribed.
