Terms of Service

Welcome to MellowMise. These terms govern your use of the MellowMise platform, including our mobile applications, browser extensions, and web services. By accessing MellowMise, you enter into a binding agreement with MellowMise.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using MellowMise (the Service), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately cease use of the Service.

2. Critical Technology Disclaimer

MellowMise utilizes advanced culinary transformation systems to restructure recipe data, adjust measurements, and calculate nutritional profiles. You acknowledge and agree to the following:

Mandatory Human Verification: computational systems can miscalculate. You must perform a visual and logical check of all transformed ingredients and measurements before preparation or consumption.
No Medical Advice: MellowMise is a guiding tool for informational purposes only. It does not replace professional medical, nutritional, or clinical advice.
Allergen Accuracy: while MellowMise attempts to flag allergens, it may miss hidden ingredients. You are solely responsible for verifying allergen contents.

3. Non-Liability Clause

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forge and Foundry and its creators shall not be held liable for any damages, injury, medical reactions, or negligence resulting from the use of content generated or transformed by MellowMise. Your use of the Service is at your own primary risk.

4. Automated Service Disclaimer

MellowMise is a fully automated software platform powered by artificial intelligence. No human services, consulting, or manual review are provided as part of the subscription. All recipe transformations are generated instantly by our systems.

5. User Accounts and Subscriptions

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. MellowMise Pro subscriptions are managed via RevenueCat and processed through Apple, Google Play, or Paddle depending on where you purchase. Auto-renewing subscriptions continue unless cancelled through the applicable store or billing portal before renewal.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the recipes you save. By using our transformation services, you grant MellowMise a limited license to process that data so the service can generate results, maintain sync, and improve reliability and safety.

7. Data and Deletion

You can delete your account in-app through the account deletion flow, or use the external instructions on our Delete Account page.

8. Service Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms, engage in abuse, or attempt to reverse-engineer proprietary transformation logic.
