At MellowMise, we believe in radical transparency. Your culinary data belongs to you. This policy outlines how we handle your information with the same precision we apply to our recipes.

1. Precision Collection

We collect only the data necessary to provide a high-performance, safe culinary experience:

Identity: Email and profile name via Google or Firebase Authentication.
Mise Profiles: Your dietary constraints, allergies, and custom "Mellows" (family personas).
Culinary Records: The recipes you save, transform, and store in your personal Recipe Box.

2. Data Utilization

We use your data strictly to enable our Advanced Transformation Engines to customize content for your specific needs. We do NOT sell, trade, or rent your data to advertisers.

3. Expert Processing

Your recipe text is processed through secure, anonymized high-precision culinary clusters. This processing ensures that your data is analyzed for safety and nutritional accuracy without exposing your identity to external systems.

4. Financial Security

All subscription data is handled by RevenueCat and Paddle. MellowMise never sees or stores your credit card number or bank details.

5. The Right to Incinerate

We believe in absolute data ownership. You have the right to delete your entire culinary history at any time. Tapping the "Incinerate Station" button in the App Settings will permanently erase your account, files, and preferences from our servers instantly.
